The Soul of American Music!”

In this performance the Prescott Chorale will explore the music that evolved from the experiences of two groups in America: Our Indigenous (Native American) People and our Black people. From the composers’ souls to the concert stage, the music of these people will be brought to the audience, filled with their heritage and their life experiences.

Two distinctly different performances, for all ages.
Friday evening, Dec. 16, will feature music of different type: Uplifting, joyous, and at times calming, but always inspiring for the Season.

“Christmastime is Here”

The lighter side of the Joyful Season of Christmas. Prepare yourselves for the Brass choir, the Prescott Chorale, plus the Jolly One himself and Mrs. Claus. There will be toe tapping, fun music and engaging singing for all ages. You’ll be saying Ho-Ho-Ho and humming songs of season until Christmas.

“BACH: Immortal & Whimsical”

In the newest venue in Prescott, The Federal, the Prescott Chorale Singers will bring you music to enrich your soul and bring a smile to your face. The Immortal one himself, J.S. Bach, will show you his enriched soul, and his playful side as well. Bach cantata with orchestra and soloists paired with his “ Coffee Cantata.” An attempt by a ‘burdened father’ to attempt to rid his daughter of a terrible addiction…COFFEE! Alas, who will win?

“BEETHOVEN: Bombastic, Brash & Beautiful!”

Back to the beautiful and serene setting in St. Luke’s Episcopal, we will present a work not performed here in Prescott. The Beethoven Mass in C. From the fiery soul of the bombastic Beethoven comes this work of reverence and inspiration. Plus one movement from the Mount of Olives. Come and be inspired with the music of a giant among composers.
